New Kenyan Ring for Sale.

Over the past two days I have been working on more coin rings to put up for sale.  One of them is a 1987 Kenyan 5 Cent coin that I turned into a ring.  It is made of brass and nickle and was very hard to work with  to get a small ring size.

Once completed it came out at a size 9.5 and had to be annealed several times to get it to mold into a suitable double sided coin ring.  FInally it worked out but I would rather of made it smaller to appeal to a broader market.  More rings will be made over the weekend.    I'll have this one posted on Etsy once I get some decent daylight photos taken.

I love what I do!

Coins that will be up turned into rings soon

In the not to distant future I will be turning these pennies into rings.  I recently sold a Canadian 1915 Penny on Etsy and from what I can tell, copper coin rings are being search more often on Etsy and possibly becoming as popular as silver coin rings?

The top left coin is a 1 Penny from the former British Colony of Rhodesia and Nyasaland and is made of Bronze.

The top right hand coin is a 1 Centavos from the Philippines when the Americans governed the Islands.  This 1944 coin is also made of Bronze.

The two bottom coins are Canadian Pennies from 1917 and 1920 respectively.  These two coins are made of 95% Copper and make incredible rings!

I take custom orders for rings that are made from Coins and if you have an idea or a specific coin that you would like made into a ring you may email me at oilydave@yahoo.ca or convo me at Etsy.com, (oilydave2day).
